TrackDollar is a website with a database where I enter the serial-numbers of all the cash I get my hands on. (There's also "Where'sGeorge.com"; but I hand-print the site-name on the note, and 'WHERESGEORGE' is one-letter-longer than 'TRACKDOLLAR.')

I'm thinking that 'the Federal Reserve Bank' (the ones who print the Federal Reserve Notes) should send TrackDollar-members the cash to input into the database.

(Cash-amounts would be based on something-like the amount the member has already entered---they could call it 'a faithfulness-quotient' ... e.g. I've been a member since November 2008 recording a total of 6,721 bills, about 78 bills per month (of values also recorded on TrackDollar's database)).
