I grew up going to see this every Christmas. I will miss it greatly if it is taken down. I pray that it stays up. This is what Christmas is about

Yes, Christmas is a Christian religion. The nativity is a representation of the first Christmas. The Nativity belongs in the band shell. There are athiests who are claiming displaying the nativity is a violation of separation of Church and state. My question is, how is it alright for the athiests to force their religion on everybody else? Their religion is no religion and they are forcing that belief on everybody else, and politicians are to blind to see it.

Constitutional? SCOTUS authority allows the exact kind of display that was in place. The weak-kneed City Manager showed what he's made of in his first day on the job. Glad he's already negotiated his severance package.
