Please put the nativity back we are suppose to have freedom of religion and speech why are people so anxious to take God out of everything why we need God more now than ever by taking something that symbolizes our faith the thing that will take over will be fear and anger and the crime rate will go up even more please put it back!

Put the Holy Family back and encourage other religious entities to display their tradition symbols. Government is freedom to display religion, not to remove ever thing one or two people don't believe. Interesting how our currency states, "In God We Trust" and I bet said "offended people" are buying and selling things with it everyday. #mylittlechildrenloveoneanother Jesus encourages acceptance; and I am sure he would love some religious company in the bandshell once he gets back.

I live in Maine but I am from Marinette and always remember that nativity sceen. I left Marinette in 1964 to join the Air Force and I am now 70 and I can remember it as if it was yesterday.

I am outraged that they would destroy a tradition that has been in Menominee for a while and now all of a sudden a couple of people think it is okay to complain about it and it is taken away I'm Outraged shame on you Menominee

Not a demand, strong suggestion. Freedom of speech/ freedom of religion and all. The band shell is not a city building like City Hall etc. Other things appearing there haven't been restricted, songs sang by bands not restricted etc. and so forth.

A city tradition ruined. Keep our city traditions alive. So many things have been taken from us because of political opinions..it's ridiculous. Random people from Madison? And a new city manager that has been in office an extremely short time. Not a very good first impression.
