This has been tradition for years, if someone has a problem with it don't look at it. Ridiculous how today's society think they can always get what they want cause it upsets them.

This is ridiculous. The nativity scene has been there for how long? If you are offended by it don't look at it! I'm not religious at all so I don't care either way but that's what Christmas is about,right?

I'm inragged and very upset as a member of this community to see a tradition being stripped away from our town just because of some sensitive crybaby that can't turn there head away for a month and not look at something and how our town leaders would even allow such a thing. This is what it comes down to sensitive safe places. It's a disgrace to this town and to a person the city of menominee leaders for making this decision to take something down just because somebody's dealings are hurt or there safe space has been invaded. Bring back the display and stop letting people who don't share the same value or tradition step in people who have that value and tradition and stand up with your big pants on and be a leader not a person who will gladly let other citizens be oppressed by people who can't look away from something for a month.
