Return the Pipe Band to the traditional position in the Regimental Band formation. The appearance and musical performance quality are suffering demonstrably. This is a change we can do without as it dramatically degrades the performance quality of on of The Citadel's most visible recruiting and public affairs elements. "Put it Back"
