Not only am I against this pardon, I believe he should be prosecuted for negligent homicide for his role in the deaths of those inmates.

Joe Arpaio has always been a racist, publicity hound who would do anything to get himself in the news. He terrorized Arizona and ran jails with complete disregard of research for best outcomes for incarcerated people and society.
