I can't believe it has to be reviewed by NDOT, two young people lost their lives over someone elses stupiditty. Get in done NDOT.

Drunk in the middle of the day, how appalling is this? We need severe penalties for incidents like this. Mandatory 20 year prison term for each individual killed by a drunk driver, no if's, and's or but's!
lets save lifes and install those guardrails that are much needed!!!

The rocks themselves are a hazard and get thrown into oncoming traffic, even if the car does not. Barriers are needed along this busy highway!
