Put guardrails/barriers up on the Summerlin Parkway

I have lost a good friend due to the lack of barriers on this road. The barrier would have saved his life.

For Savanna Rae Gonzales, and so that no other family ever has to go through the pain and loss that her family is going through right now.

My GodSon who was also My Only Nephew, Jason McNelis who was tragicly killed in 2007. This loss of My Beloved Family Member had a horrible impact on Myself & Family then, and to this day remains a Loss without him. God Bless the Couple & their Families for the recent tragic loss of their Beloved. I/We feel your pain and are deeply sorry.
