please listen to the people, how many more lives need to be lost in order for the city to put up the barriers? You have to live knowing how many innocent lives have been lost and families have been crushed. you are stating simply "sorry for your loss, but your loved one are not important enough"

Please put up the Guardrail, My Wife drive Summerland epressway every day! she was within 1 minute of being at that exact location at that exact time!! PLEASE!!!!
