such A rock tragedy that this Fantastic breakthrough band has been so overlooked . I was about 15 ( 65 now) and living in NY when I bought the album Fanny Hill and it was love at first listen , I owned all their albums including on CD first time in A long time . they should have been inducted long long ago . Peace man.

I LOVE this band! I discovered Fanny’s music a few years ago after I read an article on June Millington in Vintage Guitar magazine. These ladies were one of the greatest rock bands period! They deserve to be ranked alongside the Beatles and The Rolling Stones.

Fanny was the first all woman rock band and they faced prejudice and sexist treatment. Even their band's name, which they didn't choose has sexual connotations which shamed them. They opened the door for all of the female rockers who followed them.

There is at least one female band who are in the RRHoF that was influenced by Fanny. Fanny were respected by contemporary musicians then and are so still. Their fans loved them then and now, and new fans are finding them every day after all these decades. They deserve recognition from RRHoF.

They were influencers before there was such a word. the recognition of the legacy of this band and the ultra talented musicians is looong overdue. Let the musical and social Herstory be written correctly and properly without bias. Check their credentials. Valid to the max. Show them some love and respect and do it.
