How about submitting complaint officially to UNHRC and WHO. Seems like complaint can be submitted as racial discrimination article.
I've just sent an request to Lincoln film society contenting that they have to comment the audience about inappropriate naming of the film. Just found out we have "NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMISSION" (http://www.mn-nhrc.org/eng/). In case they move their ass to submit complaint to UNHRC and WHO, then it should be official enough to get attention on higher level. This is just an idea as support for your petition.
