As a former police chief who has seen too many cases like this, this man will not change. He is an extreme danger to other women (and children). Why wasn't he charged with attempted murder?

Our daughter was severely abused, and her 5-month-old daughter nearly killed, by an evil man 25 years ago. He continued to abuse and assault other women, was in and out of prison numerous time, and has left innumerable terrified people in his wake. This man should not be allowed to do the same.

My daughter is also a victim of abuse. He is still roaming free with no court date. Charges in 2 counties. What will it take to put these men away!
