We as the Buffalo Point Band members and Youth have not had a democratic election in over 40 years. Canada is a democratic society where our people have the right to vote, Canada also pushes democracy in other countries and yet it doesn't support democracy in their own backyard. So we as the Buffalo Point Youth & band members wants change, in order to determine our own future as a First Nation and as Canadian citizens.
