Push School Back To 8:10
We start school too early and should start school at 8:10 rather than 7:40. Studies have shown that pushing school back a half hour raise grades significantly, result in less absences, lead to better classroom behavior. Teenagers on average get 6-7 hours of sleep a night while are recommended to get 9-10. Pushing school back a half hour won’t solve the problem but is a step in the right direction.
