This construction that will start in April doesn't make sense!!! Student still needs parking spot for their class participation in Spring semester...Why not move to the end of the semester?
Does that mean parking fee or tuition fee increase also if parking is completed?

where should I park my car when I come to school? Because it is school time, why construction will begin in April.
