Transgenderism should not be taught at any level. It is mind bending topic and definitely should not advocated by anyone who is sane and focused on developing well balanced people.

This is a "value" being taught. At one time there were severe objections to "values" being taught because it might not match the values in the child's home. Why do populist values trump Christian values?

We should be teaching our young to love unconditionally, not how to become sexual deviants.

The schools should stick to the basics of learning and refrain from social engineering.

This is a conversation for parents, not government institutions.

Does science (biology) have any meaning to the state of Washington? Only when it supports their views of unreality? What kind of society do they want? Abortion, homosexuality, etc., taught as natural, denying religious conscience; weakening our family, our military; denying the contributions of old, white men, etc., etc. They are enabling the destruction of a culture and they better understand what will replace it. Destruction of excellence in all you do, commitment, and freedom of thought.

The state of Washington, and local school districts, have absolutely no place to push onto our children any kind of gender fluidity, sexual identity, or sexual orientation "teaching". It is utter rubbish, and anything other than standard reading, writing, mathematics, history, science, physical education, art, and music, should be left to the home, where it belongs. There is still plenty to be done in those areas, is there not?

This is insane. This kind of "education" shouldn't be in school; especially in kindergarten.

No way, we can not do this to our children.

teaching the topics of gender expression, gender identity, gender orientation and sexuality should be up the parents not the state or the schools. leave it along expecially starting in kindergarten.

Parents need to be informed when major changes are made to education standards, especially when dealing with such sensitive topics as human sexuality and gender identity.

This topic is completely beyond the purvue of public education. It has no place in our schools.

This is not age-appropriate and is an outrageous idea for any school program! God cannot be mentioned in school, but "gender fluidity" will be. How sad.

The education system has exceed the line of education. This form of gender identity teaching belongs in the home.

This is way over the top~ as a former public school preschool teacher, I strongly object to this curriculum being implemented. This should be a family discussion, not a school one.
