Absolutely NOT! Children of this age should not be subject to these kinds of decisions OR THOUGHTS. It is one thing to question as you get older and understand. It is something totally different when you create conflict a younger age with conditioning. Don't we have enough problems in the school system without adding more possibility for conflict? I don't agree with any of it due to my beliefs and I teach my children that as well. It has nothing to do with acceptance! I teach that as well....at home! I'm tired of the system trying to destroy our culture and family values. It is okay to teach gender neutrality but GOD is forbidden? I think not. This is where one side is being given the voice and the other is being silenced. When will THEY show acceptance for OUR beliefs? Where is their tolerance!

Fewer than 60% of 3-6th graders in Washington are meeting the standard in English Language Arts. Drop the indoctrination and social engineering and go back to teaching academics.

Please teach fact as fact and opinion as opinion. Parents are supposed to teach children about sex and gender.

Teach to be kind and understanding of differences - not the physical aspects. This is so wrong on so many levels!

I will not allow my children to participate in this social experiment. If you are not able to teach inclusion and compassion for ALL without indoctrinating our children then I suggest you stick to the basics, reading, writing and arithmetic.

God help us! Our children should not have to be exposed or required to even think about such adult topics. It's beyond comprehension that this issue has spiraled to this low level and that our government has caved in to promote this nonsense! Parents - rise up and fight!

Schools should stick to teaching reading and writing. Very sad. Voters need to pay attention.

I am very concerned that parents will not be notified of this addition to the early childhood curriculum or at any level.

Teaching tolerance and kindness for all is certainly something I support. I absolutely oppose inculcating the latest and continually fluid concepts of gender and sexuality. Let's focus on academics and kindness. There is no need to delve into the latest psycho-social thinking. While I support the right to be diverse, that must include the rights of those who disagree with this agenda.

This is appalling and should not be acceptable at ANY level.
