This is an outrage. Totally inappropriate for school to teach young grades, especially K - 5. Parents have this responsibility.

I have a 12 year old and 4 year old, I want them learn academic and social at school. Gender identity and gender fluidity is not a proper official topic at their age.

This is incredibly invasive and obvious government takeover and probably a phase of Agenda 21.

This is NOT the responsibility of our educators! This should be left up to the individual families to teach their children the way THEY see fit! The educators are already feeling enough pressure from their districts with what is already in the curriculum. Why add the stresses of offending the cultures/beliefs of the individual families affected by this?! INSANE AND WRONG!!

As an adult I may not agree with other lifestyle choices, but I believe they have rights & support them. As a parent my kindergartener shouldn't be learning about gender identity. Leave it to families to introduce to young children as they as questions. Mine do, I'm certain others ask questions as well. Definitely shouldn't be in kindergarten curriculum.

This is outrageous! I want school to be a place for my kids to learn about math, science, history, art, social skills and things of that nature. I can't believe government and schools declared that they have a right to teach my young children about gender & sexuality. I don't plan to teach my 5 year old about this yet and now we have to help them with confusing messages at school. REPEAL THIS!!

This should not happen and has nothing to do with academic performance. These issues should be left to the parents and the cultural beliefs inside the home.

This recent directive from the superintendent just confirms my view that sending your child to public schools is blatant child abuse.

This is not appropriate for any Kindergartner! Gender fluidity? Sexual orientation and HIV prevention??? Remove this from the Elementary school curriculum!

Kids have no idea about "identity" at that age. Let them be children!

Leave the little kids alone. Let them have a childhood.
