There is absolutely no reason to teach elementary students sex education!

Entirely outragious!!! How will learning all this garbage serve a child of this age? Nothing but corrupt minds come out of this idea of someone's twisted idea of education!!!

I have a daughter going into kindergarten this fall and it sickens me that anyone would even suggest teaching these innocent children about these topics. As a mother I want to keep my daughter as sheltered and as innocent as possible for as long as possible. How disgusting!!!!

There is no need for public education to cover such extremely personal topics, and especially not at such a tender age!

As a master's in counseling and psychology student finishing my degree soon I know children at this age are not concerned about sex, gender, and stds because developmentally and hormonally 5-9 year olds are not normally going through puberty! Furthermore the mass majority are innocent and bringing this type of education is expecting them to grow up prematurely!!! As a parent of a 2 year old this is very concerning to me! I am outraged that this is happening without a vote by the people, the majority!!! I am outeaged that the process of govenrnment is so diluted and corrupt!! I find that there is no need for sex education to young innocent children in kindergarten rather the education needs to be for those in government who have no idea what psychology has proven about developmental stages and that the brain is not even fully developed to process this type of information until after 11 years old! Furthermore 11 year old brains have all the pathways of an adult brain but lack maturity and complex reasoning of a seasoned adult brain! I seriously think the lack of making pornography, sexual addiction, and sex trafficking the focus of scrutiny and change is the real downfall of our country. I see this policy as using innocent children as the scapegoat or reason we need to change in order to have order and safety sexually! It's victim blaming, this premature sex education is saying if children only knew about sex, stds, and gender orientation then they would be more safe and educated, and aware of the world they live in. Let's be grown ups and realize the problem is lack of adult psychological education of policy makers not the children!! Also the policies in place making sexual preditors get less time than a drug dealer says there is a problem with law and policy makers!! Let's focus on adult sex addiction and stopping human sex trafficking!!! Leave our innocent children alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please let the teachers teach academic not lifestyle issues to children too young for that anyways

This is terrible! Keep our children innocent!! I will not pay school tax dollars for them to be learning things they shouldn't know about! It is against our beliefs!

This is so wrong! These are innocent children. The ones who teach this to the children will have to answer for their teachings to the one all mightier than all of us!
