This is reprehensible, to teach these "theories" to young children. How about concentrating on skills such as reading, doing math and facts of science and history?

Schools are for teaching the 3 R's (Reading, Writing and Arithmetic), they are not for social engineering of children and the undermining of parental control of their children. This inane nonsense needs to stop. The only people who believe in gender 'fluidity' are those who are mentally ill. Male and female was created by God with specific roles and gender identity. We do not need this confusion brought to our children by godless people who want to ruin our society.

I am absolutely disgusted that the state plans on introducing this to our children as young as 5. And to sneak this into the curriculum without telling the parents is wrong. I can't believe our society has come to this.

While I appreciate the need to teach children to be respectful and kind to all people, sexual orientation, gender expression and identity are not suitable school topics for Kindergarten children. It is not the place of the school to have those conversations with children; it's the responsibility of the parents.

This is absolutely nuts. What happened to the basics? Reading, writing, arithmetic? This is sickening and should not be taught in schools, at any level.

Children at this age are too young to learn about sexuality and sexual/gender expression. This is better kept for jr high/middle school.

My children will absolutely not participate in anything gender related. They are boys that cannot and will not change that and I refuse to make them sit through a course going against our own family values.

This is not something that is appropriate for school teachings. What makes a teacher the proper person to teach on these sensitive topics?

Gender expression and identity should be taught by parents and families, not the state schools. Please respect every family's right to their own beliefs and do not force one view point.

I strongly object to this being in the public education system. Unless you are trying to push the entire state into homeschooling, I'd suggest you push your LGBT agenda elsewhere.

The public schools and the teachers' union needs to quit indoctrinating our children with secular humanism and progressive thought. Is this because our educators are incapable of actually teaching the three R's? Whatever happened to honoring those who are not politically correct???
