Talk about choosing your own agenda. We can't say a prayer in school, but they can teach my child to choose their gender. This is a topic that should be handled at home.

Please let us deal with these issues at home. I cannot imagine the school telling my 10 year old grandson he has to decide if he is homosexual, heterosexual or bisexual! He is a kid and shouldn't be thinking about sex...government needs to back up.

This is not okay, is not age appropriate, is not school appropriate. Everything about this "curriculum" is based on individual thought, value, and belief, and has no place in public education of any sort.

I teach my children tolerance at home. The school system has enough trouble teaching my child math. Indoctrinating them on this issue is not wanted or appreciated.

Our children do not need to be influenced by our public school system teaching them about sexual identity or sexual preference. Stop trying to parent our children and manipulate them into confirming to identify a gender or sexual preference. These are private matters that children don't feel comfortable discussing with teachers and fellow students. Let the parents be parents and leave the school system to educate our kids in acedemic's focused on facts not perception's of ones sexual orientation and gender identity.

This is not appropriate "education" for a school, but a social issue to be taught in the gome. This effects such a miniscule portion of the population. Yet it is being expanded and magnified. Not what my child's education is to be .

This proposed cirriculum denies my incoming K and 3rd grader to learn developmentally appropriate topics. I work in their school and you can be sure im opting out. Why cant you let innocent kids be kids and keep it to the basics. They are just learning how to function as a person in school. Save this for middle school at the very least.
