The humans rule this planet.They think it's their monopoly!
On the occassion of Diwali there are many who have thrown or tied crackers to the animals like dogs,cats etc.Because doing so got them much fun.One such video is been found on social media where two guys are seen tying red chilli crackers to a dog.It is so hurtful to see that they are feeding biscuits to the dog just to tie the crackers on his back.These are the values some of our country people have! They should be punished and be charged under a law of animal harm.If no action is taken then this will continue.Please sign and share this petition demanding punishment for the culprits involved in the mentioned incindent.
