There is no excuse for this horrific behavior. Animals are also God's creation. Father, God bring justice to this poor helpless dog victimized by the devil's advocate, In Jesus, mighty and most powerful name of all, Amen!

They must pay a big fine to benefit the local dog shelters , serve sometime in jail , and be expelled from their schools. They all must go psychiatry consult and assessment.
