These soulless fiends are a threat to society as it a known fact that those who torture and kill defenseless animals would not hesitate to inflict the same violence upon a human. For the safety of ALL, they must be held accountable and suffer the severest punishment for their horrific crimes against this innocent, and most likely dead, puppy.

Please also fill a case for the dog's owner. If he/she didn't bring along her pet this incident wouldn't happened. Hoping those criminals wouldn't be allowed to own any pet and deserves to do community service in dog pounds and animal group for the rest of their lives.
