The youth need a place to constructively vent their excess energy. Skateparks and places like this kept me out of trouble while most of the kids I grew up with were in juvenile centers and running the streets!

Riding in the woods near my house gave me much needed life lessons in independence, safety, finding my own way, and a sense of personal pride & freedom. East Austin kids deserve to find those profoundly valuable things through their own experience too.

Why would you even think of demolishing something that children would enjoy playing and progressing their riding!! Bmx is not a crime! Children need something to do bmx is a very good sport for anyone!!
