First widen HM. You don't build multi-unit housing to further congest HM.

I do not agree with allowing more traffic to pas by or through Hardy McManus. It is already over populated.

I say give us a break. Traffic is already too much! This will affect our community negatively! Put the brakes on. No more!

No, No rezoning

I oppose the rezoning on Hardy McManus road. This area already has enough housing developments and does not need anymore traffic. Most of us bought homes in this area because it was away from all the traffic and congestion. Please do not ruin more of Columbia County.

Please consider speaking at the Public Hearing Aug.18 at 6 p.m. Your story needs to be heard. It's frightening.

The rezoning on Hardy McManus is seriously threatening the intentions most of us had when choosing to live in this area. The safety of our families is already threatened with the increase in traffic that has been caused by the extension of HM to Washington.

This type of hyper-growth serves only to line the pockets of realtors, developers, and some politicians. It will further the problems of over-crowed schools, and roads in Columbia County. More dense housing equals more people who pay less taxes.

Against this!

I am opposed to rezoning any property located along Hardy McManus from the R1 classification. I am opposed to the placement of the proposed new entrance for River Oaks being directly across from the Stratford neighborhood entrance.

I am also against this. More traffic, more people to deal with. Do not approve this. Maribeth B. Veidt

Totally against this. The traffic is really bad now and do not need any more problems.
