Please don't place an entrance across from Stratford's entrance. This will cause wrecks and be a nightmare for all of us leaving out neighborhoods.

Submitt a definite "NO" for rezoning along Hardy McManus. Columbia County needs to address the road system infrastructure prior to allowing this to happen. Hardy McManus is already taxed beyond safe traffic capabilities.

A 4-way intersection is a disaster in the making! This road is already dangerous and extremely difficult to get in and out of neighborhoods. All new subdivisions should be placed on hold until the road is widened.

The proposed River Oaks Subdivision is inconsistent with the existing neighborhoods in this area of Columbia County...you might as well just go ahead and put in a trailer park

The traffic on Hardy McManus Road is already congested and very dangerous. We do not need more homes and more cars.
