Its our right to utilize and walk along the beach. Just because oeople buy gulfront properties dorsnt mean they own the sands (beach ) in front of the home. If this is th case then during hurricane season or year round they should have to pay the taxes to keep thr beach up..replace and repair any damages etc. But they dont want to do that. We have a oublic rightvto sit..walk andvuse any part of our beaches..as it is our tax dollars that help keep it.
