Protect public use of Walton County's beaches. Repeal HB 631.

Give us our beaches back! They are meant to be shared by ALL.

We want our Beach back!! We can’t even injoy it anymore! Also no one is aloud to be on the beach past 10? That’s crazy. I was born here and i know have a boutique. This is killing everyone’s business. The numbers have dropped for everyone here this year.

30-A has enough entitlements, the beaches are the tourism draw that keeps the economy growing, taking this away will destroy very essence that makes us a unique destination. Flip the ordinance and make it illegal for beachfront home owners to build stairs going down to the beach makes as much sense.

Beaches should be public.

These beaches drive our economy as well as our culture. We can not let only the wealthy enjoy nature’s beauty!

Beaches should be open to the public to enjoy.

Nature belongs to the people for them to enjoy her beauty and heal through it, not to the ones who decided to build their 5,000-sq-ft houses on it.

This is a self serving law signed into office and should be repealed!! All areas of the beach from low tide to hide tide should remain open to everyone!

Nobody but our maker owns the beach

What the heck do you think the tourists are coming here to do? Take the beaches away and you can sit back and say goodbye to tourists as well as your home values and/or rental income. Many of us still remember what happen years ago when they stopped coming... it was ugly.

I think all beach should be open to the public

This is a self serving law signed into office by Rick Scott who cares nothing about anything but himself. He owns a beach front property in Naples, FL. Mike Huckebee owns one here in Blue Mountain Beach. The law is unfair and should be repealed! God knows that mankind never set foot on the beaches prior to the dinasaurs and that the beaches are public domain, not private property.

I am 64 years old and I am a lifelong resident of Walton County. I have wandered the beaches of Walton County all my life without conflict from anyone. I have taken my children and now my grandchildren. This is three generations enjoying the most beautiful beaches in the. World........it should remain open to the public at all costs!!!!!

Beaches should not be off limits. Homeowners should own to the dune line and that’s all.

Repeal HB 631 or say goodbye to beach-based tourism in Florida.

The ocean and beaches belong to all the people not just the elite.

Customary use of Florida beaches have to be the rule. HB631 has to be repealed and customary use has to be returned as the accepted law
