This needs to be repealed. The main reason to go to beach destinations is to go to the beach.

Just not right that folks are herded like cattle to the water's edge. And who will pay for beach replenishment of this private property? Tax payer?

Will ruin tourism for Walton County & cause our reasonable property taxes to skyrocket. Beach should be for all to enjoy.

Do not need my tax dollars being wasted on private property. For owners who are to stupid to know that the beaches are our livelihood

Grew up on these beach and still live in the area. Beaches are for all. No one can own a part of the beach if they still want the state and tax payers to do beach renurisment and clean them.

What happens when beachfront homeowners are not in residence, as I anticipate this to be the case due to the seasonal nature of our industry? Large swathes of beach land goes unused, and pushes local and non-homeowner money into other counties/beaches, in addition to allocating Sheriff's Office resources into patrolling empty beaches.

House Bill 631 does not have the best interest of the residents or tourtist. It should have never been passed.
