As councillors you have a duty of care. Questions asked to any councillors must be answered transparently, truthfully and in integrity at all times.

The lockdowns were not necessary. We want our local councils to protect us from our of control government.

I expect truth, transparency and the council to support and to the best they can to aid our farmers and the land.

I would like to remind the council that they were appointed by local people and to them they owe their positions . Lockdowns have proved to be ineffective and disastrous for business , It behoves the council to support local interests over central government dictates and rules which are not Law.

TDC lack transparency before and after decisions are taken as evidenced by the lack of democratic consideration to the objection of 5000 petitioners to removing the Alexander Theatre, no consideration was even raised by Councillors or TDC Officers when internally considering the brief for an initial Town Improvement grant application of the existence of the professional theatre facility and no consultation with stakeholders was made before submitting designs removing the theatre to support the TDC application.

Lack of open transparent engagement. Bullying tactics, underhand decisions, misrepresentation of their own and others interests.

In recent months I have been left totally shocked, and disgusted in the way in which TDC have conducted themselves. The executive council are not listening to the public or carrying out proper consultations.

A vote of No confidence and a call for a public enquire in response to the actions of a full council meeting on the 30/11/21. Teignbridge District Council is in breach of it's duties and obligations and is acting unconstitutional.
