Teignbridge District Council clearly does not serve the public or carry out the public's wishes and is therefore in breach of its covenant with the residents of Teignbridge.

Failure to deal with the crumbling listed building in Weech Road and facilitate either new or redevelopement on the site. Adh=jacent properties are grossly devalued.
