(Short summary; this petition demands the government its agencies, private detectives, local agencies, the UN, AI, HRW, NATO, the ICC all investigate the horrible and catastrophic act by ANY nations (Russia, Iran, and/or China), to alter, And manipulate the freedoms of the United States and its people or of other allied nations provide, before the next years election, and a response and acts to prevent and if necessary respond in kind. These are our inalienable freedoms, and SCSL by members of ANY party, even negligence should be exposed, but particularly those who carried it out and necessary response to protect our and our allies freedoms.)

In the past 7 months, it has become increasingly publicly, privately, and according to all intelligence agencies, that foreign actors either hostile to, and/or with ill intent, attempted to and may have influenced, altered, or utilized countless methods to alter the democratic process to which the United States and its own citizens are obliged to protect and/or defend. The sovereignty irregardless of the victor or results of such an election is substantial and critical to the existence of the United States and ALL sovereign nations globally. A failure to properly and objectively uncover all methods to which any of these nations and or nation have carried this out, and provide some response appropriately will threaten democracy and all political parties and people of the United States. This petition does NOT presume to know whom, when, why and what the nations who conducted these actions, (actions to which a nation did not just spy or observe, but deliberately and methodically with its governments either acquiescence or directive, planning or order, carried out an attempt to actively alter the democratic process in the United States.

It simply is a request by the people of the United States and its allies, to utilize all available methods, groups, agencies, and individuals to quickly, thoroughly and properly assess whom, why, when, how, with what intent, and to how the United States can react both defensively and offensively to deter this from occurring at any point in the future. The requirement requested by the public of the United States and ANY NATO nations public, are endangered by such democracies as are the freedoms and inalienable rights inherent to all humans in any free nation that intends to represent the explicit desires and benefits to their people first and foremost, and its allies with substantial consideration.

This is a catastrophic event to have occurred, particularly targeting the people themselves and their rights, and he operation of OUR country and or countries...and failure to address it, take it into a very serious public and private discussion, and attempt ANY acts (the petition does not attempt to request any specific actions be taken, nor against who it should be, only that the relevant, obliged governments, intelligence agencies, OBJECTIVE private investigators (investigators whom have extensive decent reputations and can present a substantial and convincing factual analysis with findings of facts, journalist of good repute, and if possible an investigation by the United Nations, NATO, the European Union, OCAS, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch and prosecutors working for the Mechanism for International Tribunals or the International Criminal court (as the events likely HAVE fallen under its jurisdiction and are possibly violations of international law .

The organizations willing to, objectively founded, and conduct the investigations, should present a thorough, extensive and chronological assessment divulging all evidence POSSIBLE, without threatening the lives and reputations of innocent people. An abbreviated version that consolidates the findings by these groups should be presented for public analysis. At the completion of investigations. The use of propaganda, slander/libel, hacking of foreign computers, destruction of foreign property, theft of classified information and its use all are examples of unlawful, destructive, and events leading to a threat to the foundation of the United States and its allies, (England, France, Germany, Italy, and other NATO States and non-NATO States whom have geographic, political, and economic connections to the U.S. AND it's allies. As NATO nations, an attack on one nation is an attack on ALL nations. It is likely (perhaps not depending on the findings) that these actions have threatened the sovereignty, security, and rights of all individuals who are in states that are NATO members or the United States. The investigation should include ALL potential actors, including but not limited to; Russia, China, Iran, Syria, ISIS, and other nations (the focus should be on acts of Russia and. Behavior of China.)

However it must again be reiterated...this is not to determine "spying", send or attempt to gain intelligence on other nations, as that is common, and does not alter the course and rights of a nation. Rather it is to determine what was stated above, the nations and persons who; planned, ordered, carried out, aided and abbetted, or was clearly and deliberately complicit to acts that they knew violated state sovereignty. This investigation should address ALL political parties for their acts, failure to act, security failures, but above ALL else a determination by allied nations, and the people of those nations, and the international community whom wish to hold those responsible and protect nations freedoms and sovereignty as sovereign people and allied peoples, it is NECESSARY and CRITICAL and URGENT to determine, WHOM, WHY, and to the extent that ANY nation has carried out acts such as these, and to avert and prevent future acts AND hold those responsible accountable, even by simple exposure. A determination of HOW to respond would be the next step. This investigation if possible, should be complete by July of 2017. It's findings and evidence made public by August, and response prior to November 2017. It isn't critical outside and independent international bodies investigate this issue also. This is a strong demand for such action by the people of ALL addressed nations and deliberate failure or attempts to quash or prevent such investigation should begin a seperate people's body to fund the election of their opponents.
