Public television used to have rules and regulations that were governed by a group of people , profanity and nudity and explicit suggestive acts were not allowed on public Television.. Shows like Tosh O and , Kourtney and Kloe take the Hamptons should not be allowed on public access. They should be on Pay Per View. I find the content to be explicit, very unsuitable for the possible viewing of our children. We as adults are to set rules and standards for our children. This is not being an adult when we allow this content for open viewing then wonder why are children are so misguided.
