Establish rules, and responsibilities in writting and consequences when not followed as written by a family court Judge.Both mother and Father should be consoled on how to respect one another for the sake of their child because these are the two people that will be forever in their child's life !Make Peace .This is what your child needs now and forever.Wishing the best outcome for the Son! judges

We urgently need Family Court reform in Indiana. -Equal Rights in practice & action, not just in writing -50/50 parenting as a starting standard -Time taken = Time 1 1/2 returned when false allegations are present. -GAL’s should be trained, not immune to scrutiny or lawsuits, and have continuing education requirements regularly. -We need routine over-sight of all parties inviolved in critical roles of children & families lives -Family Court Hearings should be recorded and made available for any future litigation involving any party to the case. Stop the Abuse, Save our Children, Fight for Family Values!!!

What real qualifications, other than predatory bill collecting, does GAL, Mark Roscoe have? Does he and/or has he ever had or raised any children of his own? Does he hold any phycological or psychiatry degrees, and from where, and when did he earn them? SHOW US THE RECEIPTS! How does he have time to be a fulltime GAL in the first place, especially with his two other (truer passion) careers, as a clothing designer and movie director, who also appears to travel the world, which is most likely all funded by being a lazy, parttime and fleecing GAL. What are his priorities, except seeking his own self glory and satisfying his own fake ego? STOP THIS GAL NOW !!!

Same dealings with Mr. Roscoe. He fails to ethically excute his duties as a Parenting time coordinator (in my case) and as a MANDATORY REPORTER per Indiana Code.

This is deeply concerning to read!! I’m so sorry you and Lincoln are going through this. I truly hope that Lincoln’s safety and well-being remain the top priority moving forward. Praying for you guys, and for a resolution that protects him and brings clarity to all parties.

I have known Chad Buker's parents since our childhood in Gary. Great people! Living in the Canada Park neighborhood of Michigan City I have seen Lincoln with his father Chad many times. Each time Lincoln has displayed on his face a glowing love and sincere love for his Father Chad.

I have known Chad for a very long time and know him to be a very loving and caring father. Very sorry to see the way that this is played out and his son becoming to a victim of negligence because of it. An officer should’ve never allowed the child to be taken from the home.

Chad is a kind, helpful, loving generous man who puts family above all. He lives to love, teach and nurture his son Lincoln .
