As Missouri tax payers and lovers of the Black River, we need to demand the Lesterville Access be improved so that it is usable. As the only non-private Black River access between Lesterville and K Bridge,it needs to be improved so that the parking is actually at the access point. The parking lot is currently a 1/4 to 1/3 mile hike over tough terrain to the river. This is not acceptable.
