To the executive board of PTG, We the undersigned, are continuing to be very disappointed with the new list system that was employed this past year. The previous version was well loved and used. Will Truitt recently published these usage statistics (on the old system!) taken from the pianotech archives. January 2011 – 1872 February 2011 – 1480 March 2011 – 1139 April 2011 – 345 May 2011 – 235 This clearly shows that despite several months going by, the new system has not been well received or liked. By far it has lessened communication not enhanced it. Yet the new system was designed to facilitate communication. We feel at the very least, PTG should continue to operate the "pre Higher Logic" list.
