To the executive board of PTG,
We the undersigned, are continuing to be very disappointed with the new list system that was employed this past year. The previous version was well loved and used.
Will Truitt recently published these usage statistics (on the old system!) taken from the pianotech archives.
January 2011 – 1872
February 2011 – 1480
March 2011 – 1139
April 2011 – 345
May 2011 – 235
This clearly shows that despite several months going by, the new system has not been well received or liked. By far it has lessened communication not enhanced it. Yet the new system was designed to facilitate communication.
We feel at the very least, PTG should continue to operate the "pre Higher Logic" list.
The feedback circulating among our colleagues confirms that the transition to the new system has hindered our technical dialogue rather than improving it. I am currently preparing a formal summary of these concerns to present to the executive board. Your continued engagement helps ensure that our technical community remains a priority.

The steady growth of this petition confirms that many members share a profound frustration regarding our current communication tools. This momentum serves as a clear indication that a return to the functionality of the previous system is a priority for our community.

THIS NEW SYSTEM IS GARBAGE. bring back the list we actually used and understood.

I miss the ease of the old archives. so much good info lost in this transition. seriously needs to be reverted back.
