Ridiculous. My commute is already expensive enough without paying twice just to change lines. Leave the transfers alone!!
The price of the monthly pass is already too high and now this? stop punishing the people who actually use public transit every single day.

How am i supposed to get my kids to school and myself to work now? you people dont think about the regular riders at all.
SEPTA is already a nightmare to deal with. dont make it worse.

This is just another way to get more money out of people who rely on the bus to get to work every day. fix your budget somewhere else.
