The General Assembly has finally committed to the funding we demanded and they are ending the current reimbursement system. I am honestly stunned that this worked because you all showed them that regular people were actually paying attention. We should keep a close watch to ensure they follow through on …
We demand that all Representatives and Senators in the General Assembly of Pennsylvania give up their publicly funded transit--their cars and their reimbursements for travel--until they provided adequate, dedicated funding for public transit for all 38 transit systems in the Commonwealth.
I am honestly stunned by the momentum this has gained lately and I know it is only because you have chosen to care. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I am just the person who hit start on a computer.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by how many of you have stopped by to add your name to this. We are approaching one hundred signatures and I truly believe that reaching that mark could help us show the folks in the General Assembly that we are serious about this. If you know anyone who relies on these transit systems, please pass this along so we can keep this momentum going.

Make them ride the bus like the rest of us. Tired of my taxes paying for their luxury while my commute gets worse every month.

RIDICULOUS that they get perks while local transit is falling apart. fix the system for everyone or lose your own ride.

They have no clue how people get to work. Cut the funding and see how fast they fix it.

About time. Maybe if they had to actually wait for a bus in the rain they would finally do something about the funding.

Sick of paying for their cars while septa and other lines are always running behind or short on cash. Do better.
