Psychology Today continues to miss the mark on Black mental health and issues of race. They need more Black voices within their company at all levels to better reflect the accurate experience of Black people and how to relate and provide clinically sound treatment to them. Shame on them for continuously missing the mark.

For your writer not to label his observation that “(t)hey behave in entitled and demanding ways” as “a very bad trend“ is asinine arrogance. And his failure to call out the “Karens” for behavior stemming from their own demonization of the people at whom their vitriol is aimed seems woefully negligent.
Such public actions against persons of color merit public reactions and personal repercussions. If Becky, Bob, Susan, Sal, Karen and Kevin don’t desire to endure the consequences, behavior modification is a must. Oh the Caucasity of it all.
