My ID contains parts of my real name. I married and changed my real name. And now I hate looking at my old name in my ID, but I can't change it.

This is a feature we were promised and still have not recieved. it is desperately needed but we still have not gotten it. I have been a loyal fan for a long time but I think I'm about to hop of the PlayStation train and switch to my PC gaming.

Please , make it first change free and if you want to do more id changes you have to pay a lil bit or something . legit for me. You should start ban ip or idk not whole psn accaounts cause for example if someones cheeting in one game or even his younger brother used cheats on one game and u get ban for whole your games libary from ps store like 500 euro worth libary. Try to change it xbox could make id change without any complications and you cant make it? Sony pls you are better
