Every major platform BUT Sony does this. It has virtually NO impact on your business modal. Just give your loyal customers what they want!

I made my account when i was obsessed with minecraft and other games. Now 5 years on I want a name that won't get me bullied at school or hated by my peers. I don't want to be that person ny more but playstation is dragging me back.

Signed because I made my PSN account 9 years ago when I was still a little kid. As a young adult, I find my current name quite distasteful.

Made my psn name while I was going through that cringy teen phase way back in the day. Don't want to lose my games and character progress but want to change it

A huge part, if not most people that use psn want a feature to change their psn ID.
Sony need to make this happen. Sony probably don't even know how many people want this feature and are willing to pay for such a feature.

An Xbox type system that would allow people to change their names once but all changes must be paid for after the one time change. I am sure many users are stuck with an ID name that other players see in our games which we no longer want to be seen as, this is not an issue on Xbox and I would urge Sony to create something so we do not have to lose all our data and purchases if we want to change our psn names, please I have been a PlayStation customer since PS1 and this feature would mean so much. It is easier to change my name name in real life than it is to change my psn name, in an age of downloads this feature is needed more than ever.
