By signing this petition, we, the undersigned are signifying our desire to have this class changed to a pass or fail grading system. We have not had a consistent professor teaching this course and to continue to treat this class as though we have not endured a disjointed learning experience is a disservice to PSL students. Earning letter grades for this class could have serious ramifications for individuals in this class such as: - less opportunities for scholarships - students may lose scholarships - it could negatively effect students' GPA - it could negatively effect students class ranking As students who have dedicated their summer to learning, we are very serious about our legal education. It is unacceptable to force us to pay for a sub-par class with both our money and our GPA. We have had to endure an awful class that woefully fell below our expectations and we feel the very least the university could do to make this class pass/fail. The university's shortcomings should not effect our grades.
