We need more lab pools for our High School Swim Teams! Having an additional competitive-class pool would not only help the swimmers but the parents as well..

Even Loveland has more competitive swim facilities than Fort Collins! Our current facilities are maxed out. How can we miss this opportunity to remain a leader on the Front Range? If we are truly committed to fitness and quality of life, let's prove it!

It is crazy that we have so little pool space for a town with so many swimmers, state champion high school teams, and a nationally ranked program. If there was a basketball, soccer, or football team at the level that any of the swim teams in Fort Collins are at currently, there would be no hesitation to build a huge new complex to accommodate any of their needs. It makes no sense that we cannot get at least a few more lanes.

All over the country, even the STATE, most high schools have their own pools. It's outrageous for a city as progressive and successful as Fort Collins to ignore the growing number of residents and essentially choke the sport of swimming out of the town.
