Every weekend my friends and I head to Salt Lake and spend our money at many of the fabulous breweries around SLC. Utah County, as a whole, lacks completely in breweries. I would more than welcome one in Provo as would many, many people I know.

I think I'd be interesting to learn more about the brewing process. A business like this would add diversity to Utah Valley that is sorely needed.
