Allows Conscientious Exemption to Vaccine Mandates

The government seems to forget that they work for THE PEOPLE, not Pharmaceutical companies. Do your job and uphold your oath to protect the people and the constitution. Hear this bill and recognize that the informed people are not going away. They will only grow as more children and adults are harmed by this reckless and untested vaccine schedule. Hear this bill.

Some children have intolerance to vaccines. I'm not an anti vaccinator, but I do think there needs to be some exceptions, and new vaccines need adequate testing before being added to the mandated vaccines.

Forced vaccination is a direct assault on the liberty of individuals as well as a violation of fundamental rights.

I’m not opposed to anyone’s right to choose.... just want to have the right not to choose. It seems only fair.

I'm a single father of a beautiful little girl. I have 18 different medical reports from different emergency room visits, different doctors and walk ins and she was hospitalized with RSV. I have all DOCUMENTATION of her inoculations and where she received a HEP-B shot at 4 months old when it's not required on the 2016 CDC schedule. 2016 CDC schedule for flu shots requires 1 to 2 doses from 6 months old to 24 months old and she received the 1st on 11/14/16 and the 2nd on 12/14/16 and they are required to be spaced out but her pediatrician didn't and in January on the 26th o had to admit her in the hospital. She's been over vaccinated and because of 2 flu shots back to back she was hospitalized with RSV which has relations with 2 flu shots back to back. She received 3 flu shots under a year. Here's the following dates 11/14/16,12/14/16,11/04/17. The 2016 CDC schedule for flu shots is 6 months to 24 months for 1 to 2 doses and that's a 18 month span but she received 3 under a year. From September of 2016 to April of 2019 she has 18 different medical reports in relations do to vaccines. I am all she has had as for a parent. My daughter has been through too much trauma behind vaccines. She has numerous autistic signs proving that she has been affected medically. I'm her father and I know what's in her best interest concerning her health and life. With all do respect, she won't be able to ENDURE anymore heavy doses of ADJUVANTS. The FDA safety LIMIT for ALUMINUM for a 2 month old is 25 micrograms but with all her total inoculations added up, she received 1200 micrograms. 1175 micrograms too much. 4 months also/1200 mcg's. I'm not willing to take a chance again and lose my daughter from vaccines. She deserves a exemption. One size doesn't fit all. A 250lb man and a 8lb baby gets the same EXACT. If there is risk of death there should be choice.

I agree that the government has not conclusively shown vaccines to be entirely safe and effective. Therefore a vaccine mandate violates my fundamental rights to life, liberty, and property (pursuit of happiness). My conscience is my sacred property and I should not be forced to violate it if the government has not met the burden of proof, especially with a double blind study comparing the health of the vaccinated versus unvaccinated population, when claiming a compelling interest in this issue.

I strongly support the right To make conscientious and informed decision on vaccines and any other important matter.

Vaccines r a choice not forced. Anything to infringe on masses right to live free in all their life is treason.

Forced vaccinations violates the most basic of human rights. There is no credible evidence that proves they are safe. But most importantly people are sovereign entities with the sole decision regarding what should happen to their bodies. Consent is what matters. Without consent it’s no different than rape.

As a mother of a child who was vaccine injured, which changed our lives upside down, this issue is very dear to my heart and mind. The public’s voice needs to be heard in a fair hearing!
