This site is significantly developed already and doesn't warrant any further concentration by more parking cars and a low budget hotel.

Absolutely horrible, as we've gone through hell to get into our flats in Providence house, to now have to deal with this, complete lack of space for carparking for the residents, complete destruction of the surrounding area
