Used Asda regularly to recycle glass. Now go to Sainsburys so they get my custom more often now.

Ridiculous in this day and age a massive corporate such as ASDA refuse to support community initiatives like recycling- especially when the organisation is part of a massive problem around excess packaging. Come on ASDA you can do much better than this!

There are scales at the till for loose items, they then go in a reusable shopping bag, go home and get put into a bowl or box or fridge and don't need to be held in plastic bags.

I hope that the recycling bins return to Asda and are removed from Hutchison Road. When bins were placed here before we also suffered from flytipping and,at the moment, are suffering as some people do their bottle recycling at ludicrous times of day ( 8am on Sunday mornings and often around midnight !).

I can't understand why asda would NOT want recycling facilities. Many supermarkets have then. and given the amount of unnecessary wrapping rubbish asda generates I'd have thought they'd be desperate to take some environmental measures.

Recycling is so important, it's astounding that these facilities have been removed! It needs to be made as easy as possible for individuals to recycle, please bring back the option

Please reinstate these facilities. You have a duty of care as a responsible retailer to provide these services. If retailers of electronic goods have to handle the waste of their products beyond their lifespan, so should you! Cut down on the packaging in the first place and provide recycling for what's left.

Please reinstate recycling facilities at Asda Chesser. Even better would be a plea to reduce your packaging that needs recycled, but until then we really need recycling options!

If we have to go to Tesco to recycle, we will shop there too.
And, on principle, for everything including fuel and groceries.

I used the recycling facilities both in a personal capacity and as a teacher. The pupils of Redhall special school used to enjoy coming to do the school recycling here. It is a shame they no longer can.

Reducing waste altogether is always the first goal. But given the volume of packaging which comes from supermarkets, there should always be recycling provided, by the company for its customers.
