It is very critical that we provide connectivity to students especially at the schools/districts with high poverty level. At these schools, summer learning loss was a big issue and was negatively impacting the students already. Additional instruction loss will deeply affect their lives. I strongly support this legislation so that the students stay connected to their online classrooms and continue education.

Districts are struggling in attempts to deliver instruction in this new arena of distance learning. None were equipped to deal with teaching students remotely any more than the health care system was ready for the virus attack. We need help and fast.
