More reason to leave the State of New Jersey. You get high taxes and nothing to show for it. I will be getting out of NJ as soon as possible and take my tax money with me. People who ride ATV's shouldn't be treated as criminals. Most that I have met are law abiding and hard working folks. They have no intention of ruining the environment.

It would be nice to have a place to ride, considering the fact that if I wanted to I would have to ride out to Pennsylvania just to do so

I lost my hunting and fishing license for 5 years and received points on my license for riding my quad on state property. I fully support this and think the state could greatly benefit from it as well!!!

If the state is taking RTF money, they are doing it under false pretenses and all monies should be returned forthwith

My family and I would love a nice safe place for my kids to grow up outdoors and experience nature while enjoying the family time.

This is why I moved out off NJ at age 24 , never coming back . The politicians are not for the people only for the ones handing out checks

Would love to see this happen.......till then I take my kids to neighboring states that allow it and recognize jersey reg. And insurance. ......which is stupid.....it would pump money into our own economy instead of spending the extra money to go to another state......and it's not like it used to be were you could ride somewhere and so long as you weren't being a total douch.....the cops wouldn't bother you....and I refuse to teach my kids how to run from the cops.....if they were that good I'd let them on the race tracks...... it's like the state of nj expects you to either race or not ride.......how about riding to enjoy the ride and not see it in 5th gear from 15 foot off the ground......or having to worry about 15 other riders on the same short course......racing is cool....but not for everyone......

It would be nice to have a place to ride close to home. I pay registration to the state as required but don't have an area to ride in like other states.

NJ really needs to allow its residents the freedom to access the trails for recreational use. These types of activities give families and neighbors something to do outdoors. Get our kids out of the house, away from video games and bond our communites again.

It's an obligation of the representative government to represent the will of the people. There are tens of thousands of off-road vehicles purchased in this state. Are these expected to be used on lands outside of the state? No, provide access today.

Agreed 100%. Sign a waiver not holding anyone liable. They tax the hell out of us on everything else under the sun so why not this also?
